General Refund Policy

    • All course fees and webinar fees are non-refundable. Once you have made a purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  2. Course and Webinar Access:
    • After enrollment and payment, enrollers will receive immediate access to their purchased course or webinar through Prosync's enroller portal.
    • Access requires creating a password, with instructions provided in the course or webinar welcome email.

  3. Review Before Purchase:
    • We strongly encourage all potential enrollers to thoroughly review course descriptions, content outlines, and any available previews before making a purchase. This ensures that you understand what you are purchasing and that it meets your needs.

Specific Course, Webinar Policies, One on One Session and Account Management Services

  • Mentorship Program:
  • Enrollment in the Mentorship Program provides access to a comprehensive 3-month program, Sales decoder, training on private labeling, access to 2500+ brand's name list for reselling, a Telegram community and team support.
  • Due to the extensive resources and support provided, refunds are not available once enrollment is completed.

Private Label Course:

  • The Private Label Course offers in-depth training on establishing and managing a private label business on Amazon. Once enrolled, enrollers gain access to all course materials and resources.
  • Given the immediate access to valuable content, this course is non-refundable.

Sell Popular Brands on Amazon (Webinar):

  • This webinar focuses on strategies and techniques for selling popular brands on Amazon. Participants will receive access to the webinar content immediately upon payment.
  • As with all our digital offerings, webinar fees are non-refundable once access is granted.

Platinum Membership:

  • Given the extensive benefits and resources provided, refunds are not available once membership is secured.

One-on-One Sessions with Amar Bedi:

  • One-on-one session with Amar Bedi offer personalized guidance and mentorship tailored to your specific needs and challenges in Amazon FBA. Each session provides valuable insights and strategies for success.
  • Given the personalized nature and value of this 30 minutes session, fees are non-refundable once a session is booked.

Account Management Services:

  • Our account management services include A+ listing, GSTIN and brand registry approval, competitor analysis and research, and much more. These services are designed to enhance your Amazon business operations.
  • Given the immediate commencement of work and resources allocated, fees for account management services are non-refundable once the service agreement is in place.


Additional Terms

  1. Modification of Course Content:
    • Prosync reserves the right to modify course content, structure, or terms and conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled enrollers .
  2. Termination of Access:
    • Prosync may terminate a enroller's access to courses or webinars if there is a breach of terms, inappropriate conduct, or violation of intellectual property rights. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights:
    • enrollers hold 'read-only' rights to course materials and bonuses. Reproduction or distribution of content without authorization is prohibited and will result in termination of access without a refund.
