Shipment & Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All our offerings are digital in nature, and no physical shipment is involved. The delivery process depends on the type of service purchased.

Completion of Delivery

As all offerings are digital, delivery is deemed complete upon dispatch of access details (webinar link, LMS credentials, or portal access, as applicable) to the email address and/or WhatsApp number registered by the enroller. Non-receipt due to incorrect contact details provided by the enroller, or failure to check spam/junk or promotional folders, does not constitute non-delivery. ProSync maintains dispatch records for all enrollments.

2. Webinars

  • Upon successful registration and payment, the webinar access details, including the joining link, will be delivered via WhatsApp and email.
  • Please ensure you provide a valid email ID and WhatsApp number during registration to receive timely access.

3. Mentorship Programs & Courses

  • For mentorship programs and courses, all digital assets, including learning materials, videos, and resources, will be provided through our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • After successful enrollment, users will be added to our LMS within 24-48 hours, and access credentials will be sent to the registered email ID.
  • If you encounter any issues accessing the LMS, please reach out to our support team.

4. Non-Delivery & Resolution

  • In rare cases where a user does not receive the necessary access links or credentials within the stipulated time, we request you to check your spam/junk folder first.
  • If the issue persists, please raise a ticket or contact our support team for immediate assistance.
